Earl Grey

In my childhood, I had tea between 5 and 6 pm every day. With tea, we would occasionally enjoy a piece of lemon loaf. This Earl Grey cookie evokes a slice of lemon loaf dipped in a cup of tea…simple and simply delicious!

1/2 Dozen 4 oz. Cookies

Ingredients: unbleached flour, 29.5% white chocolate, brown sugar, butter, cane sugar, organic egg, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, earl grey powder, lemon zest
